A branch (分宮) of the famous Xingtian Temple completed in 1965 on the slopes above Zhongyang North Road. Like its sister halls, this Guandi temple was funded by Keelung coal mining baron Huang Cong (黃欉) and follows the lineage’s distinctive practice of dispensing with incense, joss paper, and donation boxes. The third hall in the group is the Sanxia Xingxiu Temple.
