Tamsui Xiaopingdeng Juntianxia (小坪頂君天下) - Spectral Codex

An unfinished 28-storey apartment complex originally known as Taipei Juntianxia (台北君天下) and later renamed Gugong Huafu Imperial Court (故宮樺福皇苑). It stands as one of several failed developments in the Xiaopingdeng area of Tamsui. The local housing market struggled to meet expectations after Typhoon Winnie (颱風溫妮) caused the collapse of Lincoln Mansions (林肯大郡) in Xizhi in 1997, dampening demand for hillside apartment blocks, and again in the 2010s as new restrictions on mainland Chinese property purchases came into effect. In 2025 the tower was put up for auction and might yet be salvaged.
