A park commemorating the site where Koxinga (鄭成功) is believed to have first set foot on Taiwan in 1661 after entering through the Lu’ermen (鹿耳門) waterway. Built on land donated by the nearby Lu’ermen Shengmu Temple (鹿耳門聖母廟), the 23,000 square meter park features a red ceremonial arch (牌樓), a bronze statue of Koxinga, and a landing monument (登陸紀念碑). Seldom visited despite its proximity to the temple, the park has been neglected for nearly two decades and is undergoing a renovation as of the mid-2020s.
