Lu’ermen Dutch Well (鹿耳門荷蘭井) - Spectral Codex
鹿耳門荷蘭井

A well in Tucheng (土城), Annan, locally said to have been dug by the Dutch East India Company garrison monitoring the Lu’ermen channel in the 17th century. The attribution is oral tradition rather than formally documented, and the site has no official heritage designation. The surrounding grounds were developed into a small commemorative park by local resident Chen Shunliang (陳順涼), who claims descent from a grain official in Koxinga’s forces. Further restoration was completed in late 2024.
