The men’s house, or kuba (庫巴), of the Tfuya community of the Tsou people in Alishan, and one of only two still in use alongside Tapangu Kuba. Oral history credits its founding to the Niahosa family, who invited other families to join them in forming the village. The Mayasvi ceremony held here lapsed in 1957 after Protestant churches arrived, and was revived after 1976 with the encouragement of a Catholic priest. It is a small ceremonial structure with a thatched roof.
