A former military dependents’ village established for members of the marine corps in 1965. It was located within the old walled city of Fongshan. It was cleared, likely during an early wave of urban renewal in the 2000s, but traces remain in the form of small art project and informational plaques. Jiancheng Pavilion (見城館), a small museum on site, was originally a health clinic for the community, and the building behind it may have been a kindergarten.
