A military dependents’ village in Fengshan housing colonels and senior combat officers from the era of the Second Taiwan Strait Crisis, distinguished by an unusual two-storey duplex Western-style layout. Together with neighbouring Haiguang No. 4 Village (海光四村) and Cihui New Village (慈暉新村) it was designated part of a national military village cultural park in 2012, but the designation was reversed within a few years and the entire cluster was demolished around 2016 to make way for the relocation of the Fengshan Common Market (鳳山共同市場). The original entrance pillar, dated July 1978 and inscribed by retired naval captain Yuan Changyan (袁昌炎), was relocated to nearby Haifeng Activity Park (海風活動公園).
