Binjiang Market Fude Temple (濱江市場福德宮) - Spectral Codex

An earth god shrine (福德宮) constructed along the central axis of the parking garage ramp inside Binjiang Market (濱江市場) in Zhongshan, Taipei. It was completed in 1985 as one of the early multi-storey wholesale markets in Taiwan. The temple occupies the same structure that houses stairs and toilets. Vendors come to make offerings and hold festivals; drivers heading up to the seafood restaurants on the upper floors pass it on every revolution. It is featured in the book Parasitic Temples as the Parking Structure Temple (停車場迴圈廟).
