Completed in 1935, this eclectic residence was home to Chen Tujin (陳土金), a prominent doctor in Yilan City during the late Japanese colonial era. In was recognized for its heritage value in 2023 but the poor condition of the building prompted discussion of demolishing it and rebuilding it at another location in 2024. As of 2025 the site is a vacant lot.
