The ancestral hall of the Matang Zhang (馬堂張氏) family, descendants of migrants who left Pinghe County in Fujian for central Taiwan during the Qing dynasty era. The Minnan-style sanheyuan complex was built in 1904 at the former village of Xiaqizhangli (下七張犁) and earned heritage status in 1985. A ritual paper incinerator (惜字亭) stands on the grounds, and the rebuilt left outer wing is separately registered as a historic building.
