A family tomb built in 1939 for the Liao (廖) family of Xiluo, Yunlin, consolidating ancestral remains into a single site for easier upkeep. The pagoda was commissioned by Liao Chongguang (廖重光), the Xiluo street chief or gaichō (街長) who served for twelve years and oversaw the urban renewal that created Yanping Old Street. The central tower is an octagonal, domed structure in a Japanese Buddhist funerary style, flanked by stone lanterns and a pair of komainu, while the overall layout follows a traditional Taiwanese tomb plan with curving retaining walls and a ceremonial courtyard.
