A pair of two-storey terraced buildings on the corner of Minquan Street and Xingnong West Road in Xiluo, Yunlin, across from Zhongshan Elementary School. Built in 1970 as teachers’ dormitories for the nearby Xiluo Agricultural and Industrial Vocational School (西螺農工), the small complex is an example of rural construction style of the time, with simple cement walls and exposed red brick. The dormitories were decommissioned and the property was sold off in 2009. The current owner, who works in heritage restoration, has since refurbished the buildings, one of which is now rented out to a hotpot restaurant as of the mid-2020s.
