Japanese colonial era dormitories built in 1938 for the newly established Xiluo Commercial Vocational School (西螺商業專修學校), a wartime vocational institution on a repurposed cemetery site in Xiluo, Yunlin. The campus was swapped with Zhongshan Elementary School (中山國小) in 1947. Teachers resided in the dormitories until the 1980s, after which the buildings fell into disrepair.
