A mid-sized performance venue completed on the north side of Taichung Park (台中公園) in 1972. It originally had a capacity of 1,380 but this total decreased after renovations in the mid-2000s. It sprung a water leak in 2019 and was closed shortly thereafter. In the 2020s it became notorious for being a place where homeless people congregate. Also known as Chung Shing Hall.
