Established around 1989 in the basement of the Changqing Building (長青大廈). While its early history is not known with precision, it later became notorious for being the last old school theater screening exclusively adult films (迷片). For 200 NT one could spend as much time as they liked in the darkness of this single screen theater. Naturally it was also a cruising spot, albeit for more elderly men. Closed in the late 2010s and presumably idle now.
This theater was located in the basement of a large commercial building.
Unusual for a quasi-legal business, the sign was displayed prominently over the entrance.
It’s probably been a long time since the titles of new films were displayed here.
200 NT for all you can watch. I wonder what would qualify someone for the 20 NT discounted rate?
The signboard at the top of the stairs.
Halfway down the stairwell to the musty old theater. This is as far as I could go without a ticket.
