Xincheng

Xīnchéng (新城) is the town at the entrance to Taroko National Park (太魯閣國家公園) in Hualien. There is a railway station here and various places to procure supplies and rental vehicles. It is mainly seen as the jumping off point to further exploration in neighbouring Xiulin.
