A mid-sized temple on the north side of Taichung, established in 1981 and built in a northern Chinese palatial style. It venerates Guangong (關聖帝君) and is known among local devotees for its spirit-writing (扶鸞) tradition. Most striking is the towering rooftop statue of Yaochi Jinmu (瑤池金母), the Queen Mother of the West, depicted wearing what appears to be a phoenix crown (鳳冠).
