A former military dependents’ village for ROCAF members and their families dating back to the mid-1960s. It was demolished and redeveloped into Dapeng New City (大鵬新城), the high-rise complex now on this site, in 2005. An old medical clinic (大鵬三村診療所) built in 1968 still stands in what is now Wenhua Park (文華公園).
