A detached Japanese-style wooden residence in Nantou City, named by the county Culture Bureau for its location on Zhangnan Road (彰南路) near Lantian Street (蘭田街). Built around 1920 as an official residence attached to the Nantou branch of the Taichung District Court, it was repurposed after the war as a county government staff dormitory. Registered as a historic building in 2020 but left vacant and badly decayed; a restoration and reuse project began in 2026.
