基隆役政公園

Situated along Shoushan Road (壽山路) on the way to the Keelung 228 Monument (基隆二二八紀念碑) and Ershawan Fort (二沙灣砲臺), this small park is Taiwan’s first to display decommissioned military equipment from the army, air force, and navy in one place. As of 2024 the city plans to return most of the items on display to their respective places of origin and completely reshape the park.

I am a web application developer, photojournalist, urban explorer, and history enthusiast passionate about the open web and documenting my experiences on this planet. This project was founded in the early 2010s and has evolved into a sort of personal Wikipedia of places that interest me (and often the photographs I’ve taken there). I’m originally from Toronto, Canada, but spend most of my time residing in Taiwan.
