A memorial park for French soldiers who perished during the Keelung Campaign of the Sino-French War in Keelung and Penghu. It is the site of an annual memorial event during Ghost Month. It is more generally known as the Keelung French Cemetery (基隆法國公墓) or Cimetière Militaire Français de Keelung in the original French.
