A rundown block of dormitories belonging to the Taiwan Water Corporation (台灣自來水公司), situated across from Dongxin Elementary School (東信國小) on Zhengxin Road (正信路) in Keelung. The buildings are over fifty years old and are only partially vacated, with more than a dozen households still residing here. Urban renewal plans are stalled as the land is the property of the state-owned water company, not the city government.
