A cluster of dormitories along Zhengxin Road Lane 189 (正信路189巷) in Keelung managed by the Keelung City Tax Bureau (基隆市稅務局). The history is uncertain, but the building style suggests construction in the 1950s or early 1960s. The overall character of the settlement resembles a military dependents’ village, with propaganda slogans painted on the outer walls. Originally seven buildings, some have been demolished. Several dozen households remain, though most residents moved out long ago.
