A two-storey baroque-style mansion built by three Chen brothers in the late 1920s. It stands in the back lanes of Taiye (太爺), a village in northern Hunei whose name derives from the honorific for a Qing dynasty militia head. The building is said to be the first Western-style mansion in the area. Its three-bay symmetrical façade features a separate entrance and staircase for each brother.
