A land god shrine situated on a circular concrete island in the middle of Touliao Pond (頭寮大池). When the reservoir was expanded in 1967, plans to relocate the original shrine were abandoned after repeated unexplained machinery failures; instead, a three-story platform was built to preserve it in place. Worshippers access the temple by boat. On Google Maps it is known simply as Land God in the Water (水中土地公). It is also featured in the book Parasitic Temples as the Island Temple (池中廟).
