An unusual three-storey temple in Dongshi, Yunlin, with a design modelled loosely on Beijing’s famous Temple of Heaven. It is entirely circular and the interior is hollow with golden altars on each level. This temple primarily venerates the goddess Nüwa (女媧), legendary creator of humankind.
