A set of unfinished townhouses just off Provincial Highway 9 heading south from Chulu into Taitung City, sometimes referred to as the Beinan District Residences (卑南區住宅). The row of six or seven four-storey units share an identical layout but only the one closest to the road seems finished and occupied, with the rest left as bare concrete shells. A small shrine has been setup in the ground floor of one of the units but the rest have been exposed to the elements for more than a decade.
