An abandoned building with an unusual appearance next to Provincial Highway 9 on the outskirts of Taitung City. News reports refer to it as having a “Harry Potter style” (哈利波特風). Apparently it was constructed in the early 2010s but a dispute between the owner and builder led to it not being completed.
