An abandoned five-storey shophouse that was gutted and converted into an experimental architecture research center by Finnish architect Marco Casagrande in 2010. Interior walls and windows were removed, holes were drilled through every floor, and bamboo and vegetables were planted throughout the building. It operated briefly as a base for workshops with Taiwanese and international universities before closing around 2013. The building remains abandoned.
