A small Shinto shrine with a nagare-zukuri-style hall (流造式本殿) established on the grounds of the Yilan Agriculture and Forestry School (宜蘭農林學校) in May 1938. It was located in the vicinity of what is now the sports field of National Yilan University (宜蘭大學運動場). Seemingly no trace remains.
