A mixed-use entertainment complex in Xinzhuang, New Taipei. There was once a theater on the second floor and residential units all around. After closing it was renovated into a bowling alley of the same name (民源保齡球館), and a karaoke business also operated out of the ground floor for a while. Almost certainly abandoned but there is no obvious means of entry.
