Established on the third and fourth floors of Zhengfa Building (正發綜合大樓), a five-storey mixed-use complex completed in 1978. It later became an adult cinema. A deadly fire swept through the building on January 27, 1990, the first day of Lunar New Year, killing 28 people who were trapped inside due to locked emergency exits and inadequate fire safety equipment. The building was abandoned and became notorious for ghost sightings. Demolished in 2008 as a dangerous structure; the site is now occupied by Shizhongxin (世中心), a residential building completed in 2019. May have also been known as Huamei Theater (華美戲院) for a period of time.
