One of a handful of Taiwanese apartment buildings from the late 1960s and early 1970s designed to integrate a spiral ramp wide enough for motorcycles and bicycles. This block on Xiushan Road Lane 57 in Taoyuan is reminiscent of the better-known Jilin Road Motorcycle Apartment in Taipei and Fule Apartment in Sanchong. Residents can ride straight from the street up to their own front doors, an idiosyncratic approach only seen in a handful of apartments around the island.
