A five-bay sanheyuan farmhouse near Gongsitian Creek, the last surviving farmhouse in an area cultivated since the Dutch era, now managed by the Tamsui Historical Museum (新北市立淡水古蹟博物館). Descendants of Cheng Yaoshi (程耀事), who crossed from Fujian during the Qianlong reign, bought the house from the wealthy Yang family. Its construction date is unknown, but Qing troops were stationed here during the 1884 Battle of Tamsui in the Sino-French War, and gun ports still flank the main door.
