The official residence of the administrator of Haikou Village (海口庄) in Taixi, Yunlin, completed in 1937. In the post-war era it continued to serve the same purpose until the early 2000s, after which it was left idle. It was recognized for its heritage value in 2006, neatly restored, and now operates as the Haikou Story House (海口故事屋), a small museum dedicated to the history of the village.
