A mostly derelict management office and dormitory in Taixi, Yunlin, likely related to the failed development of a coastal industrial zone in the late 1990s or early 2000s. It was likely abandoned in the late 2000s but remains under the stewardship of the local government. As of 2024 some effort has been undertaken to secure the site after it became more widely known in the Taiwanese urban exploration community.
