This old machine factory is located at the intersection of Fuxing Road (復興路) and Zhenxing Road (振興路) just east of Taichung Railway Station (臺中火車站). Not much is known about its history but it has been abandoned for decades already. Although the interior is not particularly interesting its ease of access and distinctive exterior earned it a place in the local urban exploration scene in the 2010s. In 2025 it is undergoing demolition and will soon be gone.
