A former textile mill in coastal Changhua. It opened in 1990 and was soon subject to local farmers and fishermen over wastewater discharge into the nearby waters. The mill shut down after only around a year of operation and, after an aborted attempt at a relaunch years later, fell into ruin by the 2000s. For some inexplicable reason the site became famous on social media in the early 2010s as Changbin Ruins (彰濱廢墟). By 2022 the gutted shell of the old mill converted into a warehouse and is no longer of any interest to the general public.
