A Japanese-style wooden guesthouse within Lushan Park (廬山公園), originally located at the site of the Lushan Police Resort (廬山警光山莊). Little is documented about its history or use as a presidential retreat. The surrounding Lushan hot springs area has been in severe decline since sustaining heavy damage from Typhoon Morakot in 2009 and subsequent floods, and the guesthouse is likely abandoned. Also known as the Lushan Hot Spring CKS Guesthouse (廬山溫泉蔣公行館).
