An institutional shrine (構內社) associated with the Takao Shipyard during the Japanese colonial era, and particularly the machinery repair workshop (高雄築港出張所船舶機械修造工場). It was completely dismantled sometime in the post-war period. The site is now part of the Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology Qijin Campus (高雄科技大學旗津校區).
