Originally completed in 1930 and christened Youth Hall (青年館). In the post-war period it was seized by the KMT and renamed Youth Theater (青年戲院) and later Shengli Theater (勝利戲院). It was located on Datong No. 2 Road in Qianjin District. Demolished long ago.
