A large multipurpose hall and activity center with seating for approximately 3000 spectators in Zhongxing New Village, Nantou City, also known as the Small Dome (小巨蛋). It was built in 1998 at a cost of approximately 82 million NT and hosted only a handful of events before being heavily damaged in the 921 earthquake the following year. Since then it has been shuttered indefinitely, earning a reputation as the largest mosquito hall in Nantou County. It was earmarked in 2023 for renovation under the aegis of National Chung Hsing University’s Nantou Branch and as of mid-2026 barriers have gone up around the building.
