The former Taiwan Provincial Government Department of Personnel (臺灣省政府人事處) in Zhongxing New Village, one of several International Style office blocks designed by Yu Yuezhen (虞曰鎮) of Youchao Architects (有巢建築師事務所) for the provincial bureaus. Renamed the Local Personnel Administration Office after the 1999 downsizing of the Provincial Government and registered as a historic building in 2011, it has housed the Ministry of the Interior’s National Conscription Agency (內政部役政署) since 2023, when National Chung Hsing University moved into the village.
