Established in 1976, this was once the largest tourist hotel in Taoyuan. By the early 1990s mismanagement and the decline in tourism in the Shimen Dam area caused mounting difficulties for the hotel, and after various sales and reorganizations, it was closed in the 2000s. Now one of many famous ruins in the area.
