The largest night market in eastern Taiwan, opened in 2015 on the grounds of the old railway station in Hualien City to bring four smaller markets together in one place. Around 400 stalls are divided into four areas, one of them a row specializing in Indigenous Taiwanese food. Although hard hit by the decline in tourism following the 2024 Hualien Earthquake it remains a popular destination for those visiting the city.
