A military dependents’ village established for members of the ROCAF in 1963. 248 households were registered here. It was depopulated in 2011 and demolished in 2012. The site is now occupied by Hulin Baseball Field (虎林棒球場). It was simultaneously known as Hsinchu Airforce 20 Village (新竹空軍二十村) and was located just west of Dapeng No. 2 Village (大鵬二村).
