Established by Doctor Zheng Ruitang (鄭瑞堂), eldest son of Zheng Ding (鄭鼎), in 1964, this was the first modern reinforced concrete building in Ershui, Changhua. It continued the family practice that had operated out of Zheng Ding’s residence for three decades. Out of business sometime in the early 2010s and now disused.
