Built in 1933 along with the new Ershui Railway Station in Ershui, this was a residence assigned to employees of the railway company in the Japanese colonial era. As the name would imply there were once several of these, but this is the only one that remains intact into the contemporary era. It was recognized for its heritage value in 2018 and now awaits restoration.
