A monument erected in 1923 in Budai, commemorating the landing of Prince Fushimi Sadanaru on October 11, 1895, when he led the Mixed No. 4 Brigade from Penghu during the Japanese invasion of Taiwan. The stone stands 3.25 meters tall and bears an inscription in the hand of Governor-General Den Kenjirō (田健治郎). A school principal and his students pulled it down in 1946, and around 1956 it was buried as the foundation of a house. It was excavated in 2002, erected again, and registered as a historic building in 2008.
