Completed in 1926 as the first reinforced concrete residence in the Beipu area. It was expanded in the post-war era to provide for a medical clinic operated by the Deng family, Shiyuan Hospital (世源醫院). It now operates as the Deng Nanguang Photography Museum (鄧南光影像紀念館).
